1. Operator and scope
SeoAdMax is provided by Łukasz Biedroń ISU, trading as ISUdev, at ul. Opalowa 7, 55-002 Dobrzykowice, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP): 7372152595. Contact: hello@isudev.com. These terms cover the website, dashboard and MCP service.
Access is currently a private pilot for invited adult users. There is no public sign-up. These terms apply when you use the service; any separately agreed service or data-processing agreement takes precedence where it specifically governs the same subject.
2. What the service provides
SeoAdMax retrieves and combines data from accounts you authorize, and makes client-scoped reports available through the dashboard and MCP. Supported integrations and individual features may depend on provider approval, quota, permissions and available source data.
Analytics tools are read-only. They do not publish advertisements, modify campaigns or change connected account settings. Provider scopes may be broader than this functionality, including the optional Google permission required to read GA4 configuration history.
3. Your responsibilities
Use only accounts and client data you are entitled to access and share. Obtain any required permissions from your clients and data subjects. Keep passwords, recovery codes and bearer tokens confidential; name and revoke each assistant connection separately where needed. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Do not bypass access controls or limits, attempt to read another organization’s data, introduce malicious content, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using the reports.
4. Reports and AI output
Reports are subject to provider definitions, time zones, freshness, sampling, privacy thresholds and incomplete data. An observation or correlation does not establish its cause. Configuration history does not prove that a tag executed or that a campaign change caused a performance difference.
An AI assistant you connect is a separate service. Its answers may be inaccurate, and its own terms and privacy settings apply. Verify material conclusions against the source account before acting. SeoAdMax does not guarantee advertising results, revenue, rankings or the accuracy of third-party model output.
5. Data, privacy and ownership
You retain your rights in your connected account data and reports. You authorize us to process that data only as necessary to provide the requested features and as described in our Privacy Policy. You authorize disclosure to an assistant by connecting it and approving its client/source access.
You may revoke provider or assistant access. Copies already received by a third party must be managed with that party. Our software, brand and website remain the property of their respective owners; access does not transfer ownership or rights in provider platforms.
6. Availability, fees and ending access
The current pilot is offered without a subscription charge unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Any future paid plan requires clear pricing and agreement before charges begin.
The service may change, experience interruptions or lose access to a provider feature. We may suspend access for security incidents, misuse, provider requirements or ending the pilot. Where practical, we will give notice; urgent protection may require immediate suspension. You can stop using the service, revoke connections and request account erasure through hello@isudev.com.
7. Liability and changes
We provide reasonable care in operating the service, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free source data or AI output. Liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
We may update these terms with a new revision date and notify active users of material changes. New charges or materially different uses of connected data require separate agreement or consent as applicable. Contact us first to discuss a complaint; these terms do not remove any right to contact a regulator or court.
